Our vision was to erect a gazebo, with a small table and enquire forms and other scouting collateral.

We want to Venturers to lead the discussions with kids and families, with leader back up. (youth lead, Adult supported)

We want scouts to erect a few hike tents and possible add an extra tent during the day and ask passing youth to assist.

We envisage scouts / Venturers to construct 2 ballista’s and at scheduled time we can have ballista firing at each other asking youth to come and help

We have enquired if the Archery team could come along as well, to be decided.

We are also considering a ridged bridge a few meters long as a gate way (no pegs allowed)

To make this all work we need

• At least 3 leaders on a 2 hr roster to oversee things
• Minimum. 4 venturers on a 2 hr roster to proactively talk to parents and youth about joining scouts and what we do etc
• 2 scout patrols to erect hike tents, fire ballista, talk to passing youth to get involved
