This EMS application is for supporters of the show who are working as part of the technical, stage crew, props, band, dressing rooms, front of house and carparking.
For Child Safety reasons; Technical, Stage crew, Props and Dressing Rooms must be members of Scouts or Guides, hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and have completed mandatory training units.

Set up and rehearsals
3rd July - Bump from 5:30pm to 10pm
4th July – Bump in and rehearsals from 8am to 5pm
5th July – Rehearsal from 10am to 4pm (includes dress rehearsal starting at 1pm)
Show dates
7th July – Arrive from 5pm (show starts at 7:30pm)
8th July – Arrive from 5pm (show starts at 7:30pm)
10th July – Arrive from 5pm (show starts at 7:30pm)
11th July – Arrive from 11am (Matinee starts at 1pm, evening show 7:30pm)
Bump out occurs following the conclusion of the show on Saturday night.
EVERY DAY on arrival you will check in at your designated station. This is the first thing you must do on arrival.
All adults and supporters are reminded of our requirements and obligations to provide a youth safe event. Two adults present MUST be followed in every instance. There will be an induction on this and If you would like a refresher of this please Safety in Scouting - Scouts NSW
Please ensure you have been added to the Whats App community of your team so as to ensure you have communication methods in place and this will also provide you the space to ask any questions.
