This is a self catered weekend. Coffee, tea and some snacks will be provided.

BYO - Saturday - morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and Sunday breakfast. We will go out for dinner on Saturday night for dinner

  • Base Activities finalised - identify resources needed
  • Menu finalised
  • Confirm base rotations
  • Leader and Camp handbooks
  • Reviewing District numbers
  • Badge design
  • Leadership team shirts
  • Cub merch decided
  • Site Map finalised
  • District Gateway progress
  • First Aid, Wellbeing, Sites and Services
